Shivani Sharma
Shivani is passionate about designing spaces for learning and growth, which foster empathy, peer-learning and innovation. She is driven by the possibilities of sustainable change that open up when solutions are designed with beneficiaries as co-creators. She has worked as a program designer, monitoring and evaluation manager as well as core-operations lead in diverse organisations including nonprofits and edtech companies. She has conceputalized and led design and implementation training programs for young adults, rural women entrepreneurs and adoloscents at a scale of 100-10,000.
Kashina firmly believes that well-informed individuals make responsible choices. She has spent over 7 years with a non profit, Prerana that works with children from marginalized backgrounds. She has worked with victims of sexual violence & abuse, trafficking and with various stakeholders responsible for their rehabilitation. Having witnessed the gap between the laws, its implementation and its awareness amongst marginalized communities, Kashina envisions creating spaces where women and girls are empowered through information and the knowledge to respond to vulnerable situations.
